Before you order, we request that you read this brief statement of
OUR TERMS and POLICIES:
METHODS OF PAYMENTS
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Government IMPAC and VISA cards. Unless other
arrangements have been made, checks or money orders must
be cleared before shipment will be made. We can also
arrange for Wire Transfer of funds.
We are always happy to consider opening an account for you
- subject to standard credit checking procedure. Payment
terms for shipments on open account are "Due On Receipt"
unless other arrangements have been agreed to.
SHIPMENTS
Unless requested differently, shipments are made by UPS
Ground within mainland U.S., UPS 2nd Day Air to Hawaii,
USPS Priority Mail to Alaska and United States Postal
Service Global Express to APOs or FPOs and all other
Overseas Shipments. Shipping charges will be adjusted
accordingly for other methods of shipment if required. We
will give notification of adjusted shipping charges prior
to shipment only when so requested.
There are stated Shipping and Handling charges via UPS
Ground within mainland U.S. for each product in our
"store". All other destinations require quotation prior to
or immediately after initial placement of an order. The
purchaser must reconfirm order including the additional
shipping and handling charges before we will process the
order.
For Shipments Outside US Lower 48 States
We will email your shipping cost and await your OK before
processing your order.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS ONLY
You must notify us by fax, phone or e-mail within 10 days
of delivery for any problem with a product purchased from
us in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA).
Refund, replacement or exchange will be issued only if an
item is returned in like-new condition, in the original
product packaging, and with an RMA. Any credit given will
not include any shipping and handling costs and is subject
to a 20% restocking fee, except for damaged or defective
merchandise. We will not accept a return without an RMA.
RESTOCKING CHARGE
There is a 20% restocking charge for all returned
merchandise that is not defective.
PROTECT ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING
If product package was shipped to you protected by an
outer carton, that is the way it must be return-shipped.
Do not write, tape, label or mark on product package. If
it is not in like-new condition for reuse or is not used
to return product, there will be an additional $10.00
repackaging charge.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
Should you receive a shipment from us that appears to have
been damaged in shipment, save the packaging and notify
the shipping carrier immediately; also notify us in order
to receive a RMA.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If a product is defective upon receipt, you must notify us
within 10 days of product shipment in order to receive a
RMA. You will receive a replacement or full credit for any
product found to be defective.
