AUTHORIZED RETURNS ONLY

We must be notified by fax, phone or e-mail within 10 days of delivery for any problem with a product purchased from us in order for you to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We can not accept any return without an RMA. 

Except for damaged or defective merchandise all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refund, replacement or exchange will be issued only if an item is returned in like-new and re-saleable condition, and in the original product packaging. IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL.  Otherwise any credit given does not include any shipping and handling costs. 

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If you've received a shipment from us that appears to have been damaged in shipment, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY FOR INSTRUCTIONS AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE. Please save all the packaging and notify the shipping carrier immediately.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product is found to be defective, we apologize. Upon receipt, notify us within 10 days of product shipment in order to receive a RMA. You will receive a replacement or full credit for any product found to be defective after we have received it back and checked it.

RESTOCKING CHARGE
As noted, there is a 20% restocking charge for all returned merchandise that is not defective.

PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN PRE-SEALED MANUFACTURERS' PACKAGING
If you are returning a sealed product that was shipped directly from the manufacturer, it can be returned only re-packed exactly as received and in like-new re-saleable condition. Do not write, tape, label or mark on product packaging.
